A Successful Business Structure Through the Creation of an Organizing Board

Many entrepreneurs start a business without any knowledge of the organizational structure of a healthy business! This is one of the major reasons almost 80% of businesses fail within the first four years.

No matter how big or small a business, a basic organizational structure has to be in place to give the business direction. The founder of an organization or the person in charge has to structure his or her business in a way so that it can function smoothly and flawlessly. The first step to ensuring this state is creating a basic organizing board that clearly states the functions of each section, department, and the people who run it. This means that there has to be a comprehensive command channel for each executive, manager and employee to follow, thus ensuring sanity and smooth operational flow between each terminal. By terminal is meant any post or posts a person is holding.

The best way to accomplish this task is to have a visible and easy to follow flow chart in between sections, departments and terminals that are paid to fulfill their responsibilities. It is important that the name and post of each staff member is clearly and appropriately indicated on this chart.

Terminals are not to cross over one another in a nonsensical manner! Another words the communication between each terminal has to be conducted in an orderly manner, usually from top to bottom or bottom to top without crossing over to different departments or posts if those departments or posts are not within the command channel. The best way for different departments to communicate to each other is by department heads or if communication has to take place between departments on a lower level in the chain of command it has to be with the consent of the managers or department heads so there is no unintentional miscommunication and disruption in the flow of the operation. This is not to create a dictatorship, but to create a sane environment where particles and communications can flow flawlessly without any confusion.

To further accomplish this ideal scene, it would be best to divide the business into two major divisions, the division of communication and the division of organization. The division of communication would consist of executives, communications and dissemination and the division of organization would consist of income and disbursement, production and quality control and department of image and public information.

Obviously, the functions of each department within each division has to be broken down properly and hatting for each post has to be provided through thorough training and gained experience. This system brings about stability for the business and good morale for the staff as long as they are recognized.

Remember, even if you do not know all the details and proper functionality of each section of your business correctly, by preparing a basic organizing board in the above format you will provide a road map to gradually fill in the details and assign posts correctly and train each employee accordingly to perform his or her responsibility in an orderly fashion. The Spirit of Play – Lets Play the Game of Life!

If you have been following the advice of a guru or an expert in the field of personal development and haven’t really seen any noticeable positive results in your life, one advice that I can give you is not to let it get to you!

The more you wonder, what is it that I am doing wrong, or why is this thing not working, the more you block the flow of abundance with your doubt or worry!

One mantra that I have registered in my mind from a very wise spiritual leader by the name of Bashar is “Circumstances Don’t Matter, Only State of Being Matters!”

Remember, at the end, it is your state of being that will help or not help you realize what you want depending on what your state of being is.

I do understand that certain circumstances seem to be hard to cope with, especially if they are personal or financial. However, no matter how bad they seem, you should not let them affect you to the level of worry or distress. Even in the worst circumstances your mental health is more important.

Paul McCartney has a song called “what is the use of worrying.” When you think about it, you see that he is right. If something bad is going to happen, whether you worry or not, it is going to happen, and often than not by not worrying, it is not going to happen.

Once you realize that all life is, is a game, specially in the physical universe, and if you just take it easy and play this funny game and really get into the spirit of play, you’ll see that it becomes much more flexible.

Bashar compares life to clay. “Play with clay. The more you play with it, the more flexible or malleable it becomes. Playing.” By playing, the clay turns softer and more elastic like, so you can do that much more with it. Same is true with life.

Changing your state of being to a higher state and staying in that vibration will almost guarantee success in any aspect of your life.

No matter how bad it looks out there, and how persistent this bad situation seems to be, if you do not give in and stay in your innate vibration, you will, if not immediately, but soon see your life improving and turn to the right direction.

Once you see life as a game and get into the spirit of play, you’ll begin to feel better. You won’t take things so seriously anymore and begin to see a change around you. Even if you don’t see things change immediately and don’t get deceived by the echo that has been carried over from the conditions past, they will improve for the better sooner than later. The 5th Element

Astrologically, the four visible elements that form our physical universe, Water, Earth, Wind and Fire have significant importance in the formation of ones character. Astrologers describe different characters based on these elements, and interestingly enough, their descriptions or character references, unbiasedly seem accurate, at least in the third dimension.

However, the creator of the physical universe is known to have used a 5th element, which is invisible to the eye and penetrates the inter-spaces of the universe. You might call it the essence of life, the stuff this illusional vast universe is made of. The thing the divine creator uses to create what seems to us to be the nature, the concrete walls, the organic species, the mechanical or electrical devices, etc.

This 5th element that is the essence of life as we know it and that is responsible for the creation of the other 4 elements, is called Ether. An ingenious substance that is the mother of all physical things. The inconspicuous matrix where life originates from and where energy is transformed and manipulated by the masters of the the universe called beings that occupy these organic bodies on a physical level. They are called humans on plant earth.

However, they tend to be referred under different names or forms on other planets. But to keep things more comprehensible, lets just stick to humans on this planet.

A human body houses an important non-physical entity that is called theta, otherwise known as soul or spirit. This theta energy uses a funny fellow called mind in conjunction with an organ called brain to animate the body. When this theta energy leaves the body for good, the body is officially dropped and becomes non-functional.

To make a long story short, This mind that is used by the theta to animate the body also has another very powerful ability. It has the ability to think. The thought it creates leaves an impression on this stuff called ether. This ether forms anything the mind wishes and brings it into apparent existence.

Because all things as we know or perceive are made of this single element, it is of utmost importance to become familiar with the mechanics of this element “who” is the mother of all physical things, THE 5TH ELEMENT!

It is to your benefit to become totally familiar with the 5th element so you can understand what role it plays in the manifestation process.

The 4 Pillars of the Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is broken down to 4 main sections that are interconnected. These 4 pillars are known as:

2. Health and well being

3. Love and relationship

4. Wisdom and spirituality

If any pillar is constructed incorrectly or stands on a weak foundation, you might say the law is broken!

If you are attracting money but your health is deteriorating or you are not getting along with people or perhaps you need work on personal development, you have technically broken the balance of the law of attraction, which can be easily detected in your life.

Unpredictable behaviors, unthoughtful comments and incomprehensible actions are the bi-products of this easily influenced funny fellow called the subconscious mind, or more appropriately the reactive mind!

There are of course methods and technologies that can release these sometimes detrimental charges. However, in many cases if you are a strong person, just by understanding the concept of the law of attraction and working on each aspect to make it function correctly and be in harmony with it, you are living in synch with the law of attraction!

How Your Present Can Affect Your Future and Change Your Life

Often times we take our actions and behavior in the present for granted and go about our daily business as usual.

We do not think or much less notice how we behave, how we think and what we say!

If you are a fan of metaphysics or you have a basic understanding of the life energy in quantum physics, you quickly realize that for every action and reaction in the physical universe there is a shift in energy on the matrix level. This energy transformation is attributed to the power of the intention and the level of belief you have in every thought and action you exert.

These thoughts and actions whether negative or positive go unnoticed, but their consequences will be felt later on in life. If the bases of these thoughts are positive, then the approaching effects will be positive, but if their bases are negative, unless there are a series of positive events to neutralize them, their effects down the line will most likely be undesirable.

That is why, it is very important to realize what you are saying, doing and being at the present time, because one way or another you’ll be the effect of them later. This is one reason every man is 100% responsible for his or her own condition.

Even though there could be some external forces that come in to play to make your life easier or harder, but because of the power that resides within you as a spiritual being you could stay in the driver seat and direct your life accordingly!

Every word you utter, every move you make, every action you take in the present can affect your future! So, be careful, you never know what you might create for you or the people around you!
